Production Operatives needed in Cumbernauld! We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our clients team in Cumbernauld. This role is ideal for individuals with previous production experience. The role involves some manual lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Support production lines to meet daily targets and maintain workflow
- Handle materials and perform tasks that may require lifting, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
- Adhere to production schedules and operate equipment as required
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial
- Physically able to perform manual tasks and handle lifting safely
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different tasks
The job operates on day shifts and back shifts. The hours are:
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm; Friday, 6:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Back Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm; Friday, 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The rate of pay is £12.72 per hour. Includes shift allowance.
