We are looking for a Sous Chef for a stunning independent food-led pub with rooms in West Sussex, on the South Downs, approximately a 30-minute drive from Worthing and 20 minutes to Midhurst. This is an established pub and restaurant with an excellent reputation for delivering a fine modern British AA rosette standard dining experience.
The Job
To support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and hands-on service operations, and to cover the Head Chef on days off and holidays.
The Candidate
We require 2+ years of experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, at a minimum of 1 AA rosette standing or above.
The Package
The basic salary is £36,000 per annum, based on a full-time 45-hour contract, plus £5,000 service per annum.
