The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant (aspiring Team Leader/Branch Manager) to join our team and help drive the growth of our temporary recruitment services across the East Anglia region. Our Felixstowe office is a successful, well-established operation providing temporary and permanent recruitment services to a diverse client base, including major key accounts in logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding. Due to continued growth, we’re expanding to a new office in Ipswich, and now is the perfect time to join us!
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll report to the Regional Business Manager, with key responsibilities including:
- Playing a central role in branch and team operations, delivering account management services and recruitment solutions.
- Building and nurturing exceptional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Actively pursuing new business opportunities across East Anglia.
- Supporting and driving candidate sourcing initiatives.
- Contributing to business projects that enhance recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For
- An ambitious, driven individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced industry.
- Significant experience in recruitment consultancy (experience in the temporary recruitment market is a plus).
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to develop new business.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- A self-starter who is solution-focused and can lead and support others.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- A current UK driving licence.
Hours & Location
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. There is no evening or weekend work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. We’re ideally looking for someone who can be predominantly office-based in Ipswich. During the office setup phase, there may be occasional travel to our Felixstowe location. We can offer flexibility for the right person.
