We are seeking a Process Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical products. You will work on a continental shift pattern, covering both days and nights, in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct in-process quality checks and accurately record production data.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure production runs efficiently and meets compliance standards.
- Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor process or mechanical issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including quality control and engineering.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Material Handling – FLT.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Process Operator in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and health & safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work continental shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic IT skills for logging production data.
- Forklift experience – advantageous but not essential.
