What you will do:

  • Conduct daily checks and general upkeep of communal areas (lifts, corridors, stairwells, gardens, car park)
  • Carry out minor maintenance tasks and report major issues promptly
  • Oversee contractors and supervise part-time cleaner to ensure high standards
  • Manage rubbish and recycling collections, including solo Saturday duties
  • Greet residents, visitors, and contractors; provide front desk support
