As Associate Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care.

  • Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with the Headteacher and senior team to drive school improvement and maintain the school’s Good Ofsted rating.
  • Teaching & Learning: Champion innovative teaching methods and interventions tailored to SEMH students.
  • Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports students' personal and academic growth.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and inspire a talented team, ensuring high-quality teaching and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, carers, local authorities, and external agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in SEMH or SEN settings.
