Brilliant opportunity for an organised and proficient HR Professional to provide support to the Global HR and Operational function of a rapidly expanding international executive search consultancy.

Anderson is a rapidly expanding international executive search consultancy with offices in Edinburgh, New York, Dublin and Dubai. We partner with the world's leading hedge funds and merchant trading platforms to identify, assess and secure trading and analytics talent.

The strength of our culture and the quality of our people is our edge. This role requires balancing operational HR activities with strategic planning and delivery of HR initiatives.

You will play a fundamental role in the HR Function in providing support and guidance throughout the full employment lifecycle. You will have direct responsibility providing advice, guidance and support to a large percentage of the global business, in addition to driving employee engagement, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices and procedures, whilst aligning HR practices with the overall strategic goals of the business.

  • Overseeing the HR Function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, promoting employee engagement, and supporting staff development
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date HR Records
  • Coordination of process flow, policy and People Strategy
  • Regular travel to our international offices

You will have excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and multitask. Experience within a HR role, or related Degree would be a distinct advantage; Build comprehensive knowledge of rapidly changing areas of work, including relevant policies and procedures and be able to identify and refine existing work practices and procedures.

Strong IT proficiency and experience with HR Systems, Microsoft Office & G-Suite Packages.
