Our client is looking to bring a dedicated Class 2 Driver on board with the opportunity to move into a permanent position after 10 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 4 to 12 store deliveries per day
- Minimal handball - primarily cage movement, with assistance provided on-site
- Transport chilled, frozen, and ambient food
- Paid overtime at time and a quarter for hours worked beyond 48 per week
- Full 2-week training provided with an experienced company driver
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of Class 2 (HGV2) driving experience
- Valid CPC and Tachograph
- Willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol screening at assessment
- Strong customer service skills and a presentable, professional attitude
- Experience in multi-drop and temperature-controlled deliveries is helpful but not essential
