Start Times: Between 04:00 - 07:00

Average Shift Length: 10 hours (paid breaks)

Pay Rate: £17.17 per hour, overtime £21.46

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday

Contract Type: 10-week Temp to Perm

Our client is looking to bring a dedicated Class 2 Driver on board with the opportunity to move into a permanent position after 10 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete 4 to 12 store deliveries per day
  • Minimal handball - primarily cage movement, with assistance provided on-site
  • Transport chilled, frozen, and ambient food
  • Paid overtime at time and a quarter for hours worked beyond 48 per week
  • Full 2-week training provided with an experienced company driver

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of Class 2 (HGV2) driving experience
  • Valid CPC and Tachograph
  • Willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol screening at assessment
  • Strong customer service skills and a presentable, professional attitude
  • Experience in multi-drop and temperature-controlled deliveries is helpful but not essential
