We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator based in Oxford in OX14 working Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, you will be working on your own however lots of other people around you. As the Receptionist / Administrator your time will be split between the two roles so offers you plenty of variety and the day will get fly by as you will be busy To provide general administration support for the Centre and staff as required. Respond to all incoming telephone calls, ensuring that these are answered promptly and dealt with effectively. Receive all visitors to the centre, ensuring that their requirements are effectively met and creating a favourable first impression. Maintain a safe and secure Centre environment and comply with all necessary policies. Deal with incoming and outgoing post as delegated by the Centre Manager. Assist with the booking arrangements for workshops, classrooms and meeting rooms. Assist with the collation and updating of the Centre diaries. Assist with the administration of the centre stationery and stock. Open up and close the Centre from time to time as delegated. Processing invoices on Sage – training will be given on Sage Actively engages in other such duties, under the discretion of the Centre Manager /Centre Administrator as and when necessary.
