The predicted salary is between 51000 - 73000 £ per year.
An opportunity to join a growing, privately owned business with an internationally renowned brand. This is a newly created role, designed to work hand in hand with the CFO and Head of Commercial Finance whilst bringing an increased finance department presence across the business, with exposure to across the entire group.
Main duties will include:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making for commercial activities and investments
- Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement in commercial strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for commercial initiatives
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process for commercial operations
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management to aid in decision-making
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis for commercial activities
- Collaborate with commercial teams to assess and support financial impact of business decisions
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate and optimize commercial activities
- Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders
- Provide financial guidance and support for commercial initiatives
- Continuously assess and improve financial processes and reporting for commercial activities
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience in a finance role with a focus on commercial finance, financial analysis, or financial controlling
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
