📌 Planner / Senior Planner

Location: Greater Coventry Area (Hybrid options available)

Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 DOE + Car/Allowance + Package

A leading main contractor is looking to appoint a Planner or Senior Planner to strengthen their pre-construction and delivery teams. The company delivers a variety of new-build and refurbishment projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, and community sectors, typically ranging between £2m–£20m in value.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of construction planning and wants to be part of a business that encourages autonomy, collaboration, and progression.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project programmes using Asta Powerproject.
• Contribute to tender submissions, ensuring buildability and sequencing are considered from day one.
• Collaborate with site teams to monitor and update live project programmes.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the construction sequence and advise on solutions.

🔍 What We\’re Looking For:

• Background in construction planning with a main contractor.
• Skilled in Asta Powerproject or similar software.
• Strong communicator who can influence teams and clients through planning insights.
• Ability to work independently and within a wider pre-con and delivery team.
