Are you an innovative Learning Design Manager with a strong background in instructional design and a passion for technology-enabled learning solutions? As the Learning Design Manager, you will:

  • Design and Develop: Oversee the creation of engaging learning interventions, including e-learning courses, blended programs, and microlearning modules.
  • Innovate: Stay ahead of emerging trends in learning and development, integrating generative AI and other technologies to enhance learning outcomes. Implement strategies to assess the impact of our learning programs and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance data.

Oliver Wyman embraced a hybrid working policy, expecting the successful applicant to work a minimum of 3 days a week in our London Baker Street office.

Experience: You’ll have at least 5 years+ in instructional design or learning and development roles, with a proven track record of developing effective learning solutions – experience gained within management consulting or large matrixed internal firms will be advantageous.

Collaborative Leader: You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
