The office location for this role is flexible and can be based in any of our eight offices across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Lawyer to join our highly regarded team. The successful candidate will have a legal qualification or relevant experience, with expertise in property development law, including title investigation, conditional contracts, option agreements, new build plot sales, land disposals, and development-related legal documents.
