Our client is a leading asset management firm. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to drive key digital web initiatives that will transform our client's digital presence and enhance user experience across platforms.
You will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of digital web projects from conceptualization to deployment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on Agile leadership to deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet business objectives.
- Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of digital web initiatives including planning, development, testing, and launch.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery of digital platforms and web applications.
- Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments for development teams.
- Partner with UX designers, developers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and product excellence.
