The role is Admin Assistant which will support key stakeholders and perform a broad range of admin duties. Previous admin experience is essential and legal experience or law degrees are not required for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling meetings and diary management using Outlook
  • Making travel arrangements including transport and accommodation
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Keep the database up to date and accurate
  • Support with events and conferences
  • Process expenses and record financial information
  • Arrange routine checks and the completion of regular forms
  • Ordering stationery, business cards and resources

Salary is up to £25,000. The role is based in Milton Keynes and offers hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 in office).
