Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards to this permanent vacancy. This is an exciting chance to join a thriving business in Doncaster. Our client has experienced rapid growth, expanding to additional premises, and taking on new members of staff over all departments.
Main purpose
To ensure that buildings, equipment and facilities are functioning properly and that maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key tasks
- Be able to complete maintenance tasks to include but not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Ground work
- Painting
- Building repair
- Running cables
- Internal room development
Role Responsibilities:
- Complete inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among team members.
- Carry out regular preventative maintenance.
- Document all maintenance and repair work and maintain records.
- Work to a budget.
- Train team members.
- Communicate with other departments.
- Make sure risk assessments are in place for all maintenance.
- Always be on the lookout for improvements that can be put into place.
