We are continuing to work with an expanding client of ours to bring you this Senior Service Advisor role. Working with a busy team, you will benefit from great company incentives within an established Dealership based in Huddersfield.
Duties Include:- Speaking and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
- Initiate service documents, job cards and update customer records on the Kerridge System
- Upselling of additional products to customers
- Liaising with Customers to keep them updated on their vehicle
- Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- Experience within the Automotive Senior Service Advisor position is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Kerridge system is again advantageous
- Good Customer Service Skills is a must
- High attention to detail and organisation skills are essential

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that prides itself on the service provided to customers. You will work closely with the service manager and help support them and the other advisors in the team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays. A salary basic of £30k is on offer, with an achievable OTE of £42k available.
