Are you an active, friendly, and reliable individual who enjoys getting out and about, connecting with others, and making a real difference? We’re looking for a Male Support Worker (Driver) to support a gentleman living with paranoid schizophrenia. This is a unique, rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful, one-to-one connection while supporting someone to live a full and active life in the community.
About the Role:
- 15 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
- At least 1 in 4 weekends – ideally every other weekend
- Support with community-based activities, outings, and general companionship
- No personal care involved
- Must be comfortable around dogs – daily walks with his dog are part of his routine
- Opportunity for additional hours through our wider care services

Hourly Rate:
- £13.00–£14.00 per hour (Weekdays before 5pm)
- £14.00–£15.00 per hour (Evenings & Weekends)
