We’re looking for Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated residential team, supporting children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

About the Waking Night Role: As a Waking Night Support Worker, your role is essential to ensuring the children in our care are kept safe, calm, and cared for throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment overnight
  • Supporting young people who may wake or struggle to settle
  • Managing any incidents or behavioural challenges with a calm, consistent approach
  • Completing night-time domestic tasks and admin as required
  • Monitoring the home and supporting morning handovers
  • Promoting safeguarding and emotional well-being throughout your shift
