We have an exciting opportunity for a Managing Director to take charge of Drain Doctor, a multi-award-winning, highly respected franchise brand in the drainage and plumbing sector. This role is perfect for a dynamic, strategic, and commercially focused leader who can drive growth while maintaining the brand’s reputation for outstanding customer service.
Neighbourly UK is a leading franchise group with over 330 locations and 4,000 frontline staff across six core brands. We have a strong track record of investment, franchisee development, and year-on-year growth.
- Lead the growth of the brand, driving sales and franchisee acquisition in line with our strategy.
- Work closely with Business Development and Technical Sales Managers to generate new business.
- Oversee regional franchise meetings and training sessions, supporting new franchisee onboarding.
- Support franchisees in growing their businesses while ensuring brand compliance and operational excellence.
- Ensure financial health across the franchise network through budget setting and business planning.
Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably within franchising or a related industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and business performance.
- Excellent commercial and relationship-building skills, with a strong network and people-focused approach.
- Hands-on leadership style, capable of coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
- UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
