Are you a driven sales professional ready to take on a new challenge in a thriving, fast-moving business? We're working with a well-established, family-run company that has built a strong reputation for quality and innovation. With over a century of expertise, they supply major retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice customers across the UK, as well as exclusive imported brands. Now, they're looking for a National Account Manager to drive new business and grow key accounts within the "With Coffee End Users" and Foodservice channels.

Location: Remote-based with regular travel to Head Office in Kent

Salary: £45,000 + car allowance & benefits

They supply major supermarkets, independent retailers, and foodservice operators while acting as the UK importer for premium global brands.

  • Identify and secure opportunities within "With Coffee End Users," on both a Regional and National level.
  • Account growth: Manage relationships with Coffee Shop Groups, Cafés, and Foodservice partners.
  • Strategic planning: Develop and execute joint business plans, leveraging data and insights.
  • Support trade events, customer planning sessions, and internal team meetings.
  • Commercial management: Handle key account admin, including trading agreements, invoices, and performance tracking.

Proven experience in account management and driving New Business, within FMCG, Foodservice, Retail, or Convenience. Strong business development skills, with a track record of securing and growing new accounts. Analytical mindset—comfortable with sales data, reporting, and presenting insights. Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both internally and externally.
