We are seeking a Business Manager to join our Mercedes Benz Of Southampton store to facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced car sales professional who is looking to progress their career.
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines.
- Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for good outcomes with sales performance.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
- Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
