Their consultants source and place Partners, Managing Partners & Managing Directors into Executive Search and Advisory firms across 4 different continents. They bring new energy in a market overly concerned with tradition and maintaining outdated processes.
They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their growing team, based out of their Central Manchester office. Working directly under their Managing Director, you will work on the most established desk across the business. As you become more established, you will have more of the desk and market responsibility passed over to you, giving you the opportunity to progress to the Head of UK Search.
As a consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering top talent to existing UK accounts, as well as supporting the end-to-end search process and building strong relationships with candidates in the market.
