£19,890 pa for 30 hours a week (FTE £24,863 pa). Weekly hours: 30, Monday-Sunday, working across 24/7 rota.
Your typical day could start with creating and implementing support plans consistently and correctly for our customers. Then you might be supporting individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community by being innovative, enthusiastic and encouraging.
As a Care & Support Worker, you’ll be assisting people to live their best life, with a particular focus on supporting people with kindness and compassion. You will support people with all aspects of daily living including assisting people with their personal care and health needs.
You are kind, compassionate and driven to protect the rights of the people you support. You’ll respect individual characters you are supporting and the different wants and needs they may have. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be available to work on a rota basis which is covered over a 24/7 period and have experience of providing support to the designated client group either in a volunteering or professional role.
Your role covers all aspects of care and support. If you’re a caring & compassionate person, then we want to hear from you. This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, based at Spring Lane.
Shift pattern: 07:00-14:30 / 14:30-22:00 / 22:00-07:00 and on a 4-week rota. This role will require an enhanced DBS check.

- Have the understanding and ability to respond to people’s unique needs and desires.
