As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all IT-related aspects required to enable the company to achieve its business priorities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to review and agree on project delivery plans, manage risks, and oversee the technology delivery process. Ensure the IT capability required to achieve business priorities is successfully delivered by our supply chain partners.
- Review and agree on the project delivery plan to support the realisation of defined business outcomes, including all client activities such as business change.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project life-cycle.
- Identify risks to successful delivery and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
- Engage and contract the appropriate supplier(s) to plan and cost the technology delivery.
- Lead the delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Previous experience of leading the delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects, with a focus on large scale, using agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Vendor Management / Budget Management
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks to delivery and put mitigation plans in place.
- Experience working in aviation, logistics, or regulatory environments.
