Responsibilities include:
- Advising on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, acting for private equity sponsors, investment funds, and major financial institutions.
- Working across secured and unsecured credit facilities, high-yield financings, mezzanine lending, and restructuring mandates.

Requirements:
