Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Part time Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service.
- Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiries.
- Processing orders through to payment.
- Assisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicing.
- Updating internal database and spreadsheets.
- Liaison with a number of internal departments.
- Additional ad hoc projects as and when required.
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from manufacturing or export although not essential.
- Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same.
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email.
