Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you\’ll play an active role in the internal sales team. You\’ll learn all about the business, their specialist products, and how to develop strong B2B customer relationships. With full training and mentoring, you will:

Build relationships with new and existing business customers
Reconnect with dormant accounts and forge new business opportunities
Support the promotion and sale of products across a specialist market
Handle incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide after-sales support
Promote the company\’s product range and value propositionRewards

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will receive:

Starting salary of £28,000 – £30,000
Uncapped bonus

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch (hours can be flexible between 8:30am – 5:30pm)Requirements
