This is a great opportunity to join like-minded enthusiasts within Electronics and Hardware engineering and get involved with cutting-edge technologies within the controls and entertainment space. They are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer who has experience designing circuits for FPGAs and building circuits with high-speed Serdes links like PCIe and other digital links.
Main Duties:
- Design electronics from concept to schematic design, PCB layout through to manufacture
- Design of schematics using multi-hundred pin BGA devices, associated power rails and with high-speed considerations
- Design circuits that utilise FPGAs and build circuits with high-speed Serdes links like PCIe etc.
- Carry out EMC testing
- Work with cross-functional teams for design and debugging and investigate reported issues from manufacturing or technical support
Skills Needed:
- Strong experience of Electronics Engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with schematic design and PCB layout, ideally with BGA devices or other similar complexity
- Experience designing circuits for processors or FPGAs
This role is hybrid so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week. The position also comes with good benefits including a profit share scheme, private healthcare and personal career development opportunities.
