We’re exclusively partnered with a multi-award-winning, next-gen burger & BBQ brand gearing up to launch their first site in Oxford - and trust us, it’s going to be big. The Role:

  • Supporting the GM in all aspects of the site launch and day-to-day operations
  • Motivating and mentoring the front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Championing customer service and ensuring every guest leaves happy
  • Taking ownership of shift management, rotas, and team performance
  • Maintaining brand standards while injecting your own energy into the role
  • Being a hands-on leader and role model for the team

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience as an AGM, Shift Leader, or AM in a QSR or casual dining environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Confidence with the operational side—stock, rotas, margins
