I’m working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to expand its Banking & Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Banking & Finance Associate (2-4 PQE) to work on high-value, complex finance transactions outside of London while still benefiting from top-tier work and international reach.
The Role
Joining a top-ranked Banking & Finance team, you will work on a variety of transactions, including:
- Acquisition and leveraged finance
- Real estate finance
- Asset-based lending and trade finance
- Corporate lending and venture debt
- Syndicated finance transactions and cross-border deals
The team regularly advises major banks, private equity firms, and corporates on both high-value syndicated transactions and smaller bilateral deals.
What You Need
- 2-4 PQE with Banking & Finance experience from a top London, national, or regional firm
- Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
