** Temp to Perm Recruitment Co-ordinator/HR (Retail/Hospitality) – Hybrid Working – £14.00 to £15.00 per hour + HP – Woking (1 to 2 Days) ** About the Client: A leading organisation within the retail/hospitality sector is rapidly growing with plans to open multiple new locations over the next year. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, hospitality, catering or a similar fast-paced sector. About the Job: This is a key role in supporting the recruitment processes for their expanding hospitality operations. You’ll assist with end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, from team members to managerial positions, and play a pivotal part in shaping their recruitment structure and processes. Duties will include: Managing the recruitment process for new hospitality site openings Supporting the recruitment of team members/team leaders and managers Assisting with creating and refining recruitment documentation and processes Screening applications and coordinating interviews Working with the wider HR team on onboarding and compliance (e.g., right-to-work checks) Collaborating with leadership on recruitment days across the UK, maybe once a month. About the Successful Applicant: You will have recruitment experience in RETAIL, HOSPITALITY or CATERING. You will thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment (for now!) and be a confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
