Based in Egham with travel to Slough and Heathrow, this permanent role is for 37 hours per week at £23,000.00. An International Trade Executive is required to support the delivery of international trade services. Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce is looking for someone to join their team on a permanent basis, providing assistance to a portfolio of members and clients to ensure that their export and import documentation and accounting procedures meet the rules set out by the governing bodies.

The role will require you to provide excellent customer service as well as build and maintain relationships with other national and international Chambers of Commerce. You will take responsibility for all aspects relating to import and export documentation for our members and clients, including completion and verification of the appropriate certificates and trade preference documents.

You will be a confident, friendly person, with excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail. You will be a highly organised individual, who can keep calm under pressure and be a positive team player. You will also be someone who wants to develop your skills and knowledge alongside other similarly minded people. You will receive full training for the role, but previous experience in freight, shipping or logistics would be an advantage.
