We are looking for highly experienced hospitality professionals who will be open to new challenges and willing to grow within Permanently Unique Group. You will need to be friendly and welcoming, being able to deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest. You must have a genuine passion for what you do, be enthusiastic and have the ability to engage everyone around you and build long-term rapport with both the guests and your colleagues. As well as confidence to encourage our guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

If you're an energetic team player who loves interacting with people, we want you! Please note this is a late night venue so the shift patterns will be in accordance with our opening hours.

The Role:

  • You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team.
  • Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods.
  • Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
  • Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry.
  • Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests throughout their time at Louis.
  • Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training.
  • Show your passion for learning and developing new skills, and encouraging others to help them grow.
