MBR Dental are currently assisting dental practices located in Derbyshire who are looking to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Available as soon as possible.
- Notice periods are taken into consideration.
- Mixed practice environments.
- Full time opportunity - 5 days per week.
- Monday – Friday with working hours to be discussed.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
- Practice performance bonus also in place.
- GDC & Indemnity fees covered (if needed).
- You will be required to travel between 2 practices located in Derby & Mackworth.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ dental practice management experience.
- The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance of the practice, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPI’s & practice budgets.
- Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
- Computerised practices.
- All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Performance bonus
