Due to increased workload and business expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment and compliance team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team and to carve out a recruitment career in an ambitious company with an excellent market reputation, working on major infrastructure projects.
You will be joining a team which already has established relationships with the projects and a number of operatives already working on site, with a large number of requirements to fill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with suitably skilled candidates by sourcing the ideal candidates to place in client vacancies
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
- Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
- Providing administrative support to the whole resourcing team
- Maintaining up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job applications
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not essential
- A keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow
