What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert support for complex technical issues across networks, firewalls, and virtual environments.
- Lead escalated tickets, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
- Manage and implement IT projects - cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security improvements.
- Use tools like Autotask, Salesforce, 3CX, and PowerShell to streamline support and automate workflows.
- Support and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain strong client relationships and exceed service expectations using ITIL principles.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in an MSP environment, handling advanced technical support and project delivery.
