Chambers is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of Chambers' Marketing Operations strategy. This role is vital to Chambers' growth while we bring new solutions to existing and new markets. Chambers is expanding its product offering and geographical coverage and will need to diversify and modernize its GTM approach. This will require innovation across our channels with acute focus on ROI and the impact Marketing is delivering across the business. This role will be at the center of everything Marketing does.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop long-term marketing operations plans aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize and optimize marketing technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify, select, engage, and manage vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with the financial department to determine budgetary allocations and manage departmental financial affairs.
- Work with Demand Generation/Growth Teams to optimize and manage the channels to market.
- Interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the performance and optimization of the marketing department’s effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments like sales and customer success to align marketing activities with business strategies.
- Provide leadership and support to the marketing operations team, ensuring continuous improvement and success of marketing programs.
