Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to join the team and manage a mixed caseload of residential property matters. This is a traditional high street practice, servicing the community, and you will have the opportunity to significantly raise your profile with the local introducers and develop your reputation.
There is secretarial support enabling you to manage a moderate caseload of 35-45 open files, with scope to lead the department and consider further commercial growth. You will have responsibility for all residential matters ensuring there is a consistent, timely and accurate service to clients and other third parties involved with property sales and purchases.
You will be working in a legal firm, with fee earners and support staff across different legal disciplines and have your own office and onsite parking. The career path is very good, individuals are recognised and promoted and the firm are friendly and have a real professional feel.
