A unique opportunity has arisen for a well-established print and digital products and services company based in Fordingbridge, seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive Trainee. In this role, you will initially be office-based, working closely with the Sales Director to learn the intricacies of the business and sales process. As you gain confidence and knowledge, you will have the option to transition into a field-based role or remain office-based, representing the company to clients. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up on warm leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
- Drive new sales by identifying, approaching, and securing new clients within your assigned area.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, maximising opportunities for repeat and additional business.
- Take a strategic approach to business development, understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to secure long-term partnerships.
- Independently manage your schedule, booking and attending client meetings to drive sales growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs through a results-driven and proactive approach.
- Build strong rapport with clients to foster trust, credibility, and long-term business relationships.
- Travel across your designated territory with your own transport to engage new prospects and generate business.
