Ignata are currently partnering exclusively with an innovative FMCG business to recruit a Group Head of FP&A. This is a great role, working globally, business partnering the Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Development Officer and Head of IT to provide decision support and analysis to help achieve strategic goals. The role is hybrid and based in Central London HQ.
About the role:
- Lead the FP&A activity across the multi entity group (>20 subsidiaries internationally).
- Responsibility for the annual budget process and half yearly forecasting.
- Provide insightful analysis of weekly and monthly results for senior leadership team.
- Manage the central costs P&L which includes Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, People and Culture & Business development.
- Provide a clear and accurate view of cash flow and the working capital requirements for the business.
- Work with the business to provide value adding insight around sales analysis.
- Supporting on ad hoc investment projects.
About you:
- 3+ years industry experience within FMCG/retail/hospitality.
- Self-starting, proactive and happy to roll up sleeves.
- Great communication and business partnering skills.
