Due to an expanding range of projects we are looking for an enthusiastic new member to work with our existing team focusing on all stages of architectural design across residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be able to take a lead in executing designs for key clients within the residential and commercial sectors, reporting directly to Studio Director.
Tasks & Responsibilities

- You should currently be operating at a similar level with proven experience in the residential and commercial sectors.
- We seek someone who is driven, ambitious, and capable of successfully managing and delivering residential and commercial projects.
- Strong business acumen, along with the ability to balance design excellence, project management, and commercial considerations, is essential for this role.
- Have experience of working on projects with a value of £5 million +.
- Managing projects by providing design and technical support.
- Liaising with key clients and be capable of discussing design/technical solutions to stakeholders including technical and non-technical clients – both in projects and at tender stage.
- Successful delivery of projects to a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with delivering projects to principles of BIM Level 2 PAS 1192, BS EN ISO 19650-1.
- Excellent design and technical skills gained on a range of projects.
- Able to demonstrate the above project types in a portfolio of work upon interview.
- Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels.
- Must be able to demonstrate experience in successfully delivering projects from inception to completion.
- Demonstrate the ability to be able to work with your own initiative.
- Have an organised and efficient approach.
The Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Fully qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years post qualification UK experience.
- Have a background in residential and commercial sectors.
- Excellent Revit & Presentation skills (additional in-house training will be provided).
