£35,894 Full time and Permanent. Please note that this is a fully office-based role.
- Manage HR administrative tasks working closely with the DGHR.
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to meet the goals of the organisation.
- Manage and plan the HR needs of the whole organisation.
- Direct line management of the Business and HR Coordinator.
- Assist in a range of activities and provide necessary support to the wider HR team.
- Identify training and development needs of the whole workforce to address specific training needs.
- Administer and collate payroll within deadlines, dealing with any queries relating to payroll.
About you:
- Previous experience working as a HR Manager.
- Experience of direct line management is desirable.
- Previous experience with HR Software.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations case management.
- Confidential & trustworthy, understand the importance of handling sensitive data alongside GDPR.
- Experience of drawing up employment contracts and policies.
