The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Due to ongoing business growth, Safe Environment now require self-motivated, punctual Demolition & Non-licensed Asbestos Operatives/Supervisors. Additional training will be provided.
Responsibilities/duties:
- Driving throughout the UK with average 1-2 nights overnight per week (travel paid at full rate, overnight allowance £25 + hotels paid)
- Assist on non-licensed asbestos removal works, demolition and soft-strip
- Maintain personnel RPE/PPE
- Stripping out fittings, plaster removal, removing doors and windows, dismantling roof structures, cutting steel framework, stripping off fragile roofs
- Using hammer drills, abrasive wheels, and plant/machinery
- All other duties as required
Desired Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience (not required - full training will be provided):
- Demolition training / experience
- CSCS/CCDO card/IOSH Working Safely
- Cat B/C Asbestos Removal Training / experience
- IPAF/PASMA
- Abrasive wheels
- Full driving licence
