We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on optimising efficiency, quality, and safety within our facility.

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain efficient production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and quality assurance teams to integrate new processes and materials.

Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
