Key Duties
- Assisting in the measurement and quantification of materials for construction projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed bills of quantities for tendering purposes.
- Liaising with sites to ensure technical information is passed on and understood.
- Assisting in the procurement of materials, including the preparation of tender documentation and assessment of tenders.
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes.
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
- Ensuring that all materials/services are accurately accounted for and properly documented.
