Position 1 Recruitment is looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join our client, a well-established engineering manufacturing company. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment who have worked on projects and liaised with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and coordinate visitors for project meetings.
- Schedule and manage expeditor visits and site attendance.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Attend and take minutes at key meetings, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Assist in preparing and issuing project reports and documentation.
- Manage project schedules, tracking deadlines and potential risks.
- Coordinate client visits, including calendar management and logistics.
- Expedite documentation approvals to prevent project delays.
- Update internal systems (AX & CRM) with project data and delivery dates.
- Support procurement entries and work order amendments.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action points.
- Perform general administrative support for the Project Management team.
Full-time, permanent position: Monday - Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30 and Friday: 07:30 – 12:30
