Do you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for service performance, and the ability to manage real-time operations? First South, part of First Bus is looking for a Performance Supervisor to help drive on-time performance, reliability, and operational excellence across our network.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage service performance in real-time
- Analyse data to drive continuous improvement
- Develop alternative disruption plans for planned/unplanned events
- Support drivers with live updates and problem-solving
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Foster strong working relationships across teams
What We’re Looking For:
