What you’ll do
As a Night Manager, you’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- The night duty manager will be responsible for managing night audit procedures, including financial reporting and balancing accounts. They will prepare the daily reports regarding night operations. The night duty manager role is crucial for the enrichment of guests’ profiles in Nexus.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests such as room preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Manager.
- The Night Manager will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as: 4 days on 4 days off, 12 hours per shift.
What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in Hospitality : Background in hotels is essential. Previous experience in 5-star luxury hotels is preferred.
- Knowledge of Policies and Procedures: Familiarity with front desk SOPs, safety protocols, and emergency procedures. Ensuring all operations run smoothly and that the environment is safe and welcoming.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with technology, PMS Opera, Alice (Knowledge of CRM Nexus is preferred) and other relevant technology, email, WhatsApp.
- Guest Service Orientation : Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Commitment to providing excellent service to guests and to handle unexpected situations.
- Leadership Skills : Supporting the Reception manager in keeping staff motivated, providing guidance and assistance as needed, and making decisions in absence of senior management.
- Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication with team members and guests, ensuring a high level of engagement with them.
