Overview:
- Advise on litigation, coverage issues and investigations across international business lines
- Work closely with the compliance and regulatory teams on complex sanctions and conduct risks
- Draft and negotiate intra-group and third-party commercial contracts
- Provide legal updates and assist in managing external counsel when needed
